    I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience. From the start, communication with the supplier was poor, and they did not understand the design requirements for the logo. The product was delivered much later than promised, and to make matters worse, the item was incorrect. The process to return the wrong product was complicated and frustrating. Without Alibaba’s intervention, I would not have been able to recover my money. Overall, very disappointed with the service, shipment, and product quality.
